Greenheck’s inline fan models meet a wide range of supply or exhaust applications in commercial and industrial facilities. There are many models available for clean air, sound sensitive and heavy-duty industrial applications. Units mount in the ceiling or on the floor. Performances range from several hundred cfm to over 100,000 cfm and pressure up to 10 in. wg. Typical building applications include office space, theaters, libraries, lavatories, locker rooms, warehouses, tunnels, parking garages, and kitchen grease.
Tube Axial Fans: Tube axial inline fans offer a lower cost option and are applied in ducted and unducted commercial or industrial applications. Applications include general ventilation and warehouse or process exhaust involving high temperature or spark resistance are typical applications. Each model includes integral flanges for airtight duct connections and universal mounting brackets to install in any orientation.
Model AX is a direct drive fan offering increased performance capabilities and several installation configurations to suit project needs. The unit has one casing option: a long casing that completely covers the propeller and motor, and bolt-on vane section with 15% performance improvement. The vane section provides total efficiencies in excess of 70%, which improves efficiency and reduces operating costs.

Mixed Flow Fans: Mixed flow fans are more efficient than comparable sized centrifugal and axial fans. They operate at lower sound levels with lower operating costs. Greenheck mixed flow models have a range of capabilities and features for different applications.
Model SQ is a direct drive square inline mixed flow fan designed for intake, exhaust, return or make-up air applications when efficiency, sound and cost are a major focus. Units have multiple mounting options for indoor and outdoor locations, Vari-Green® EC motors and a variety of accessories that make this model a great solution for many applications. All of these features add up to make the SQ Mixed Flow fan the most cost effective mixed flow option on the market.

Model QEID is a compact, direct drive version of the QEI for space critical applications. It requires less maintenance with fewer components, while airflow straightening vanes assist in improved performance. For best value by application, the QEID has the construction level options, but with performance and lower maintenance benefits by eliminating belts, pulleys and fan shaft bearings. Vari-Green® EC motors or induction motors with factory programmed VFD provide easy adjustment and control.

Model QEID FJ Fume Jet is an ideal fan for exhausting chemical or odor-laden air. Standard with Spark A resistant construction, it provides the highest level of protection. The airstream pathway is constructed of corrosion-resistant, lightweight composite materials and includes a durable flanged casing for duct connections. This direct drive model has an encased Vari-Green® EC motor with uniquely designed hollow support channels isolating the motor from the contaminated airstream and dissipating motor heat to the fan’s exterior.

VANE AXIAL FANS: Vane axial inline fans are the most efficient axial design. Precision machining creates a tight tip clearance between blade tips and the fan housing. Integral straightening vanes redirect swirling airflow after the impeller into a linear flow at the discharge, further adding increased efficiency. Best suited for applications where there are high volumes of air at medium to high pressures, applications include mining, tunnel ventilation and large space ventilation such as atriums, halls, and stadiums.
VAD direct drive model has the most compact design for the available performance range with minimal maintenance and low vibration levels. Final system balancing uses manually adjustable blade pitch.
